Customers can contact the Company during the Company\u2019s business days and hours (open Mon\u2013Fri, 08:00\u201318:00). The Company reserves the right to provide service to customers outside business hours. The Company will ship the products within three business days via a delivery agent company (Kerry Express, Flash), and the products will normally reach their destination within 3 of the Company\u2019s business days. For orders that are confirmed and for which payment is notified after 11:00, the Company will ship the products on the following day, counting the next business day.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You can cancel an order only while the order is still in \u201cprocessing\u201d status. We will accept cancellation requests made only by calling the customer service center, buddybitesclubofficial, at 080-xxx-xxxx, and will not acknowledge or accept cancellation requests made by any other method, such as via email.
– If the relevant products have already been packed or shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
– If you have already received the products and they are damaged or do not match the order, you can still cancel the order under the return policy within 7 days (see below).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Customers can exchange\/return any product that is defective or unopened within 7 days from the date you received the product (based on the delivery receipt document). The product to be returned must be in the same condition as when you received it. The Company will exchange\/return products under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, and cannot be used normally.
The wrong type, formula, or size of product was sent.

The Company will refund the full amount of the order to the customer in cases where the Company is unable to find a product to exchange or replace the original product you ordered.
For a refund, you must submit documents and banking evidence so that the Company can process the refund into your bank account. The processing period will be no more than 30 business days, and the Company will notify you once the refund has been completed.
Note: The supporting documents required for a refund request are:
1. A copy of your ID card.
